Napoleon Brooch – Peridot & Diamonds

This peridot brooch has quite a history. It is a Napoleon jewellery from around 1890s and has French import marks! The brooch was a gift to the empress Josephine. Napoleon III wanted to show his admiration and love to his Josephine with this exceptional jewelry. The 37.5 carat peridot stone is enhanced by old-cut diamonds, set in silver on gold. The diamonds weigh around 13.5 carats.
